Last night, my friends and I had an incredibly disappointing experience at La Sandwicherie Miami Beach. From the moment we arrived, the server Alejandro attitude was anything but welcoming. When we first approached him, he seemed dismissive and uninterested, which is not what you expect when you go out to eat. Despite initially giving him the benefit of the doubt and assuming he might be having a bad day, it became clear that his demeanor was selective. As he served other tables with a smile, he continued to be noticeably cold and short with us.
The situation escalated to a more serious level when we discovered onions in one of our sandwiches, despite specifically informing the server of a food allergy. His heartless response was both shocking and completely out of line: “Everything is cross-contaminated, so she's gonna die anyways.” Ignoring a customer's safety like this is not only unprofessional but also dangerous. Food allergies are not a joke, and such a response is totally unacceptable.
To make matters worse, during our entire interaction, the server showed signs of irritation when we made simple requests, like warming up our sandwiches. It's disappointing to experience such poor customer service, especially when the server treats other patrons with significantly more respect and courtesy.
My visit to La Sandwicherie Miami Beach was ruined by the rude service and the alarming disregard for customer health and safety. Until these problems are fixed, I can't recommend this place to anyone, especially those with...

My husband and I have been indulging ourselves since we got to Florida and wanted to get some greens in for a change. This is a great place to do that if you are on the same boat.
We got the Sobe sandwich and exotic salad with a Bora Bora smoothie and black coffee. Came out to ~$40 with tip. It seems like a lot but the portions are huge and we got two drinks on top of our sandwich and salad. The service is phenomenal in the sense that it comes out quick no matter the line and amount of people there. The servers and accommodating. A sandwich and salad is plenty to share between two people. In fact, I couldn’t finish my half of the wheat baguette sandwich. You get three options for the type of bread you want. You will have to pay extra for the wheat and croissant. They have 3 hot/melted options but the there is a wider range for the cold sandwiches.
All of their smoothies are made with fresh fruit so definitely get it. They do have some pulp/chunks in, which I love but I can see how some might not like that.
There is limited seating but it’s a quick bite so you can wait a little for a group to leave. Use their French dressing sauce for the salad since their salad does not come with any additional seasoning.
Would come again in...
Read moreI ate at this shop last night. Let me start by saying money doesn’t grow on trees & I don’t eat out of trashes. They tried to give me a sandwich from the trash. I had gotten a sandwich and eaten half and taken a few bites from my other half. Then I wrapped it up and began talking to friends. I looked back on the counter and my sandwich was gone . I told the workers and they acknowledged it had been thrown away. I understand people make mistakes and I’m forgiving. It’s just a sandwich. The Problems is though I did want my sandwich, especially after payin what I paid for it and tipping the guys on top of that. The guy had the audacity to dig in the trash and proceed to hand me the sanwhich . At that point that’s where the problem began for me because that is disgusting. I wouldn’t have expected a new sandwich even though it was a big error on their part. I had no expectations but the least you could have done was offer me a bag of chips and not a sandwich out the trash when it was your mistake. The man literally goes in trash and tries to hand me the sandwich. For my food I paid over $16 and I also tipped them. So I had a problem with it all. I paid more than I had to for them to pull something like that. DISGUSTED!! Corporate is next on my list of...
