SoBe Ocean Drive Suites — Hotel in Miami Beach

Me and my husband was coming down to visit Miami for the first time from Jacksonville we are very excited about the pictures that we seen online for this particular penthouse, I spoke with the young lady named Valerie she stated that if we weren’t going to get there before 6 o’clock then we had to wait downstairs for someone to come out the elevator to go up to our room because for whatever reason the key card was left in the room to get up and down the elevators with ,!finally we got up to our room and noticed that the cleaning lady really didn’t clean,there were stains on the walls there are cigarette holes in the bedsheets, we also had to brush our teeth in the kitchen sink because the bathroom sink the water would not go down, and finally once you get outside to the amazing set up you go upstairs there’s A white stain on the bed which looks like somebody had partied a little too hard the night before, there are also beer cans and glasses in the bushes, and the curtain that supposed to provide us privacy is very dirty and torn at the bottom..... so the experience to Miami for my husband‘s birthday was definitely not the best experience and when I called and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Rob He was not concerned at all about the experience that they had provided us so what I would say is do not stay at this penthouse #4 The customer service was awful and the cleaning...

I had a made reservation the same day as check-in , had a family emergency and couldn’t make it. I had numerous missed calls , I was harass through text messages, Threatened by ROB that He had reported my name and my address to booking so they will charge me in a future reservation. Unprofessional of him to text me after i already inform him that i had an emergency and was in the Hospital. Definitely will make a report with authorities for the Harassment and the threatening messages. Not to mention i had called them at 1:09pm & left a message that I won’t be able to make it and they didn’t returnt the call till after 3pm when i was already in the Hospital.

First of all excuse this gentleman who apparently doesn’t know nothing. I am a business person and I ain't got no time to waste to play around with hotels and/or owners of the place i was going to stay. A place whefe you can’t go check in like a NORMAL hotel because you not allow unless the owner lets you in , you do all transaction outside and cash. Jajaj Funny who’s playing illegal ? Ok. If i were you Rob i just stay quiet and just keep doing your own little dirty side job. This is a reply to the person who replied under my review. AVOID AT ALL COST! I wish I would have read the reviews before booking. I planned a birthday trip to South Beach and it quickly went south and resulted in me canceling the hole trip. I had been looking on multiple sites for places trying to find a good place. Ironically I submitted to stay at Rob & Valerie's property on 3 different sites (booking.com,vrbo, and airbnb) I didn't even notice until Rob pointed it out. Well first issues was on vrbo - they never accepted my request so it was cancelled. Airbnb they increased the price significantly higher than what was posted when I submitted the booking. Then last but not least booking.com. I was so happy that my reservations had finally went through! Yes lets get ready for Miami. Boy was I wrong. I booked a week ago then was contacted yesterday by Rob that he couldn't fulfill the reservations because of a hot tub pump being changed from April 20-26. I'm not understanding why it was even listed as available if that was the case. He didn't offer any other options either. Then I get an email today that my booking was cancelled due to an invalid card, which was NOT the case. It was because he couldn't fulfill the booking. So upset with all that has taken place with these people. Do yourself a favor and...
