Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5)
Discovering State of Yoga in the charming South of Fifth Miami Beach was like stumbling upon a tranquil haven tailor-made for classic yoga enthusiasts like myself. The studio's serene atmosphere and dedication to preserving the essence of traditional yoga left me thoroughly impressed.
The expertise of their esteemed instructors, Radha Krishna Lila and Benjamin Smielowickz, both renowned Dharma Yoga practitioners, along with the studio's visionary owner, Sandrine Kamhi, a seasoned Jivamukti teacher, form the heart and soul of this exceptional space. Their teachings go beyond the physical postures, creating a space where yoga becomes a sacred spiritual journey.
State of Yoga's ambiance exudes simplicity and tranquility, embodying the very spirit of classic yoga. Whether you're drawn to the discipline of Ashtanga or the playful nature of Acro yoga, this studio honors a diverse range of practices while staying true to yoga's fundamental principles.
What sets State of Yoga apart is their inclusion of mantra chanting, a practice that resonates deeply with those seeking a profound connection. The studio's dedication to incorporating these ancient sounds adds an ethereal dimension to the experience, fostering an environment of peace and introspection.
If you're ready to embark on a transformative yogic experience, I highly recommend attending their Sunday classes at either 10 am or 12 pm. These sessions are more than just physical workouts; they're opportunities to reconnect with your inner self, recharge your spirit, and bask in positive energy.
In a world where hectic schedules dominate, State of Yoga provides a sanctuary where you can slow down, reconnect, and embark on a journey of self-discovery. If you're a seeker of authentic yoga practices guided by exceptional teachers, I urge you to explore this hidden gem. Your soul will...

Read moreI have been practicing here and online since April and I love all of the teachers so much. There is a variety of classes available at convenient times, and the easy online class option if I'm traveling or just home for the day. All of the teachers are passionate and bring such a good energy with them into each class. They take the time to help me work on poses I struggle with, or help me to deepen my body's understanding of poses that come easily to me. When I started practicing I could not do head stand for example and now I can, sometimes even without a wall! One last thing I will say if you are scared about covid dont even worry about it, because they are still following spacing and cleansing procedures. It all feels very safe and it is such a happy, beautiful place to do this deep, self loving work while also seeing results in your body, flexibility ...
