Sea Mist Resort "Spray" — Hotel in Myrtle Beach

We booked a room 5 months in advance. We get here check in was at 4 and our room wasnt ready until 630 we had another room reserved as well and it is 8:43pm and it is still not ready. When we get to the room that was ready there was no toliet paper and no towels. I found a housekeeper they said they did not have any. Walked a block to the registration office and asked when our other room was going to be ready and the response was they are still cleaning it.( we have been told this since about 530) they was able to give us towels and toliet paper. This is the worst experience I have ever had at any hotel and I have stayed at hundreds. Wr asked to speak to a manager and was told he wasnt there he would be back later. Beyond frustrated and not to mention it's not even a nice hotel for what we paid. We got the one bedroom oceanfront....

People smoke out on the balcony and it comes into our room, the people next doors are always so loud, we never get any house keeping or if we needed new pillows they never gave us any,coffee pot has mold in it,the workers are arguing and complaining about having to do their jobs unfriendly staff,the pizza place that is connected to the hotel and by the little kids pool and lazy river they gave us raw pizza that took them an hour alone just to even try and "cook" it, the "new" sheets and towels we got had green smudged stuff all over it. Hard to get any parking at the hotel,the balcony bars arent that sturdy and so wide your kids might fall out, worst place ever! We also haven't had hot water in 2 days and when we called to tell them about the no hot water they said "yes we already know" with...

The room was not the one I ask for when I made the reservation.. There was no room service.. we had no towels for 3 days..used our beach towels and ask for toilet paper we got one.. we went to walmart to buy TP.. The day we checked in Manager wasnt there.. assistant manager took my name and room number so the manager would call me about our issues. Never did. Poor manager..when booking i ask for breakfast included. When i arrived they told me no longer have breakfast but didn't take anything from our bill. I have been staying at Sea Mist since 1980.. will...
