Våra semesterdrömmar blev förverkligade när vänner från Sverige och Oregon samlades i Greenwich Village för att gå ihop och ansluta igen i en lägenhet som ingen annan ........ verkligen. (Our holiday dreams came true when friends from Sweden and Oregon gathered in Greenwich Village to frolic and reconnect in an apartment paradise like no other........truly.)

Our hostess - Rebecca and lodging/support - Marisela are two bright shining gems who made our stay memorable and stress free. We just drove home from seeing Wicked at the Gershwin and shared things we valued/enjoyed while residing with ABC STAY. Topics rising to the top of our discussion list were:

1. Excellent & timely phone/text/email contact with Rebecca and Marisela pre, during and post our many days in Manhattan.

2. PERFECT location. We were in the center of our beautiful NYC vacation universe. Anything you may need is within a few blocks (gellato, coffee, bagels, groceries, pharmacy, gym, clothing and many quaint and unique shopping opportunities.

3. The apartment is elegant and comfy. The artwork is breathtaking. All beds are comfy with high-end bedding and fresh smelling high-quality towels.

4. The kitchen is modern, fresh, spotless, conversation friendly and stocked with every type of utensil or piece of dishware imaginable.

5. Our apartment was quiet from above and outside. E 9th is chill, calm and safe. If we had neighbors on either side of our unit or at a higher elevation in the building - he heard nothing. Staying here is a spa-like experience AND not a consideration for a group looking for space with loud music - large groups of people - loud conversation - dancing or grandiose celebrations. Think about breathing - contemplation - friendship or family connections - reading - dreaming - relaxing - discovery.

6. Thank you for your commitment to our environment and recycling. We were happy to comply.

7. The style from wall colors to furniture selection to tall ceilings, to beautiful while tile restrooms to amazing shower/tubs - thoughtfully selected room accessories to the love/care/energy put into cresting a true oasis. THIS OASIS IS CALLING YOUR NAMES.

We stayed 5 weeks in an apartment on E 9th St managed by ABC Stay. We are renovating our apartment uptown and wanted to stay downtown for a change of scenery. We LOVED every minute of our stay. First of all, we are New Yorkers, so we understand how special it is to find this kind of charm and comfort in such a fabulous(!!!) NYC neighborhood. The apartment is clean, comfortable and has a great bed, comfortable couch( I took nay naps on it and it was perfect), with a renovated, pristine bathroom and great shower. The kitchen is small but perfectly fine, with everything you need. We had both cool weather and hot. There were fans that cooled the rooms with the big windows opened, and the heat worked perfectly when it was cold and rainy one week. The apartment has very high ceilings and beautiful tall windows looking out onto the lovely street. It is a buzzer building, and we had to climb a couple flights (We stayed in 3F), but it wasn't as many stairs as you would think, and it was a breeze. Rebecca and her helper, Marisela were so helpful, delivering extra pillows, and extra new towels immediately after our request. Rebecca is a very kind and lovely woman. The neighborhood is perfect!! If you know NY you already know how special this neighborhood is. It's a short walk to 14th Street, Union Square, where there's a green market, and many subway lines which make it so easy to get anywhere in Manhattan and Brooklyn. There is a Whole Foods on 14th St for food shopping or take out. You're also a couple blocks to Washington Square, a wonderful park, and the home of NYU. It's also a short walk over to the West Village and all the fun stores and restaurants! If you are visiting NY for the first time, this is the perfect place to discover the city. It is a very safe neighborhood. There are wonderful restaurants of every kind ( we loved the Italian restaurant "Arte" on the corner- very romantic). There is a launderette where you can drop off your laundry or do it yourself 2 blocks away. Everything is right outside your door. Don't stay in Times Square like a tourist. When I travel for extended periods of time for my career, I enjoy getting a more authentic and personalized experience. I’m not a fan of overpriced tiny chaotic hotels or waiting an hour for eggs in the morning. When I stumbled upon abcstay I knew I loved the look of the apartments that were available and in dealing by phone with Rebecca I instantly knew the service was what I was looking for ! Right from day one, all my calls were retinrbed promptly, questions answered, and needs accommodated. When I arrived I was thrilled to find that apartment looked like the picture with modern amenities against the backdrop of an old world charming historical building. The best of all worlds! The big screen state of the art TV fully stocked kitchen, and appliances including a washer/dryer meant I barely had to leave the apartment in my downtime. There was a modern luxury Dreambed at this location which made for the best sleep. The neighborhood was hoppin by day and quiet and safe by night. Rebecca and her team were on call 24/7 for anything I needed. I would highly recommend staying at an ABCSTAY space on your next business or personal trip whether solo or with a partner or family.
