Birthday Bottle Service — Attraction in New York

While searching for a place to celebrate my birthday, I came across Birthday Bottle Service online but was really skeptical of the whole thing. Having gone to different venues in the past and having bad experiences with some NYC Nightclubs I was worried I wouldn't be able to really find what I wanted or that maybe something may go wrong that night. I sent an email out and Christina got back to promptly. I was a stuck between two venues and decided to do Hudson Terrace Rooftop with the buy 2 + 1 bottle free deal. Abe then followed up with me, when Christina couldn't and had me all set up for this past Friday night with a contact number in case anything happened. I arrived a little later but it wasn't an issue. My girlfriends and I were able to get in without a problem and enjoy my birthday the way I wanted to. In the future, any time I want a reservation I will definitely make sure to contact them again. My friends and I definitely had a really great time! :-) thank you so much Abe...

This was a very bad experience. I requested a 4 bottle service at Slate NYC for 9pm and when I arrived at 9:30 pm I was told there was a private party happening so I had to wait 30 minutes. After 30 minutes I was told I had to wait another 30 minutes and was told they didn't know I had requested a reservation for 9pm. They gave me 1 drink ticket per person of my party. So after that other half an hour I'm told to wait yet ANOTHER 30 minutes for them to get the table ready and the lady at the desk looked fed up I was even asking about it again. I waited with all my guests a total of 1.5 hours to just get the table. Then I had to wait ANOTHER 30 minutes for the bottles to show up. My guests and I spent a total of 2 HOURS waiting at the location to get these bottles. They tried making up for giving me a "free birthday sign" but honestly that didn't help make me feel better at all. I was so frustrated at this point and won't be recommending this...

Used the service for my 27th Birthday and it was epic!! I have never used a company like this before but I read all their awesome reviewed on Yelp so I figured Id give it a shot. I submitted the online form and within a few minutes got a response from Cristina who was super friendly. She answered all my questions and helped me the perfect venue for me and my friends. I showed up to the venue, Slate, around 11pm with about 20 friends and they had my info waiting at the door, which helped the process move smoothly. Once inside we got our VIP and buy 1 get 1 free bottle package, which was great to get the night started. We ended up getting some more bottles anyway haha. Overall the night was incredible and I have BBS to thank! Will definitely be using...
