I been a loyal customer of Xevichez for a long time since the opening in Sylmar Xevichez has been one of my favorite sushi restaurants and it was literally down the street from my house when I lived in Sylmar so I would go there every Friday, my family would always come down from Palmdale to go eat some sushi, but yesterday 9/17/2023 that changed since my family lives up in Palmdale we decided to go get some sushi to Xevichez on 422 W Rancho Vista, really nice place & the receptionist were nice and everything but our waiter LEONEL was BAD he was nice and all but he pretty much kept FORGETTING our items that we had ordered, we kept reminding him like 2-3 times for things that we needed for our table like utensils & other things, my uncle ordered a michelada with modelo and they brought him a michelada with Michelob ultra, we orders a crunch roll that he forgot to put in the order for and took about 45 min they brought it after we were done and ready to leave, they also charged me for garlic edamame when we had ordered plain edamame the charge was about $15 dollars my uncle was really disappointed and he said he might not be returning to Xexichez, it’s really sad that for some mistakes my fam won’t recommend this place or be coming back to eat here again, I think this should be addressed as a general notice to all servers so that future issues can be prevented & you guys won’t get complaints and angry customers. As for me I think I’m goin to reconsider...

Starting off, you walk into such a beautiful scenery, Tokyo vibes, while also giving a Latino feeling. The bar is the center piece of this location. The Valencia location can't even fill up half of the Palmdale one. P. S. I love the Valencia location too, no hate for them.
My sister and I were seated immediately, asked about our choice of beverages and began looking at the menu. On the receipt our orders are listed. The flavors jump out. The tempura inside the rolls are still crunchy, not soggy. There isn't one bite that isn't the best.
All the appetizers we ordered were amazing. The sauce that came with the gyoza gave a hint of sour but sweet. The juice from the muscles was tangy and well made.
I'm turning 21 this December and I will be coming here to get drunk and eat sushi.
Also the miso soup is real. Not like other restaurants. I actually liked this.
I believe the food is well priced. Especially for the attentiveness of the staff and the quality...
Read moreTake a minute, I looked for a new place to eat I found this restaurant the area was okay ish not really an eye catcher, that is until you walk inside.
Inside is beautiful and the music was good me and my wife went In early trying to beat the crowds I ordered a Cielo rojo(michelada) it was okay I ordered 2 pieces of tuna 2 pieces of salmon and the new york steak aguachile roll
the tuna tasted a bit fishy I know some people may say that's normal but no.
These small dishes quickly added up to a high 65$ wich was a bit ridiculous to me seeing the quality of the food The aguachile rolls were really bitter and I didn't eat them
But at least the waitress was nice, although really felt like she was in a rush.
the sushi cooks unfortunately i will not be calling them chefs I don't believe take their job seriously as they were goofing around from the time we walked in,,, Long story short I was really dissatisfied and I recommend you saving your money and going elsewhere until they get someone who cares about what they are pushing out to their customers..
