Mi Ranchito Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Palmdale

Horrible experience. The manager and the employees have no customer service. I order a pozole I waited for 20 minutes when I got home the container where the pozole came had a hole on the bottom and was all over the bag and my car. When I called to let them know what happened I heard the whole conversation and they were questioning one another how it happened and that wasn't possible making me feel like I was lying and dumb. The manager told the employee that answer the phone to tell me if I wanted to get the pozole replace that I would have to bring the bag and the items the next day if not there were not gonna replace my food. Then I told the girl do you want me to dig in the trash for the bag and the hominy and bring it tomorrow she said yes that they will need it. It was already frustrating I wait that long for my food. Then get to my destination and my food been all over the place. I mean if it was $2 I expend I wouldn't make a big deal. But it was almost $10 for the little that they give you is more soup than anything and in top of that they can provide you with a to go container that will hold hot liquids. This is not the first time but I decided to give them another chance. Not anymore. If anyone will decide to buy Mexican food around rancho vista blvd. Go to the next door restaurant from mi ranchito in this location. They have better customer service and big portions of food at good prices and...

Wish I could have the BBB check in on them. If they had a mystery shopper they would fail everything! I'll NEVER go back. If u want to be disrespected after they mess up your order and then not help you, be my guest.

So I ordered combo burrito which comes with rice,beans and drink. And a 3 taco combo and 2 orders of chicps and Salsa. Taco combo looked good, sat back in a long line patiently to order one more when I noticed I didnt not receive my rice and beans for my burrito combo. I then proceeded, read word from word off the menu what I ordered and they said they will check my receipt. When I got to the window she over charged me from the combo I ordered by charging me a burrito and drink separately. Another lady came to the window, would not give her name and stated repeatedly no manager on site to help and no one was in charge of the store so no one could help me. They miss charged me and never gave me rice and beans. And closed the window on me and said nothing they could do so bye.

Never been so rudely treated and poorly handled situation. Called the managers cell phone Araceli who said she would call and speak to them but never followed back up.

Very unprofessional place. I ordered a BRC burrito (beans , rice and cheese) There was no rice in my burrito, I called and spoke to the person who answered the phone I told her that I had ordered a brc burrito and said: what is that? I said beans , rice and cheese, the she said a did not charge you for the rice, a said: well, if are not sure of something you should ask, i ordered a brc burrito and that’s what you supposed charge me for, and then she said: come back bring the receipt and burrito and pay the difference and we will give you and other one, i told her that I wasn’t going to be able to go that night, she said it have to be within 2 days. So I drove 6 miles to get a burrito, this restaurant has a very poor service, specially the people that are taking the orders.
