In the AV, sadly BestBuy is the only option for in store purchases of computer stuff. So I have to order everything online. Well during Amazon Prime days I bought a TV on Amazon that was actually being sold by BestBuy third party sales. (Which is not very obvious when you are making a purchase) I bought a TV that was marked down for PrimeDays by $100. The TV arrived broken. Amazon Returns only offered a refund. BestBuy would not replace the broken TV they sent me. This is BS since the TV is not at it's PrimeDays price and so I would have to pay $100 more. I received an email from BestBuy that I could return the TV into their store, but when I got to the store after 40 minutes of getting people to address it they said that wasnt the case. And so at least they were nice enough to tape the box shut as I wheeled it down to Staples to mail it back. That was 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for that refund. The only reason I gave them two stars is during the days of limited covid shopping, I described the item I needed (not expecting them to have it or did I know what it's called) and the employee found exactly what I was looking for. The employees seem to be super nice. Although when the policies and corporate decisions make it a nightmare to deal with, I won't be coming back and advise that no one ever buy anything through Amazon sold by BestBuy since the customer service of Amazon is handicapped on those sales. I feel like Best Buy is only still around because it's the only one really left. I think it's days are numbered if this is how they handle their internet sales. Final verdict A+ from the in person employee experience. D- on the rest of the shopping experience. That will drop to an F if my refund isn't received by the end...
Read moreI waited for about 15min before anyone approached me to see if I needed help and when I finally was able to speak with someone about a product they told me that they don't carry it however I've been buying the same Brand from Best Buy for years when I explained to them that the device was in store they said they didn't carry the product for years which I know that was a lie because it was on the website!
They continue to tell me that the product was only online only which isn't true because every 2 years when the device gets released which is a phone I directly pick them up from the store they didn't even want to search the device on the computer basically just told me they don't carry it. I ended up going to a different Best buy which they told me that the device will be in next week thanks a lot for just doing a little research instead of telling customers that you don't have the device...

Instead of extra security put that money into giving to the needy around their storefront back sides Parking. See their needs and make us feel we are Humanely involved in solving it. why they rather go to jail for a $9.00 shirt or a coat so they don't freeze in this bone chilling area.. Shame is on all of us..with off balance solutions that don't work..in our marketplace...its a write off on taxes if you give to the poor and the unfortunate....give back corporate America......and get a tax break.
