House Of Kabob — Restaurant in Palmdale

I placed and order online and went to pick up in the store, the tahini sauce wasn’t the traditional one I was use to I feel it was more like hummus waste of money on those 4c the beef kabob was 5-6 small pieces of “steak” not a traditional kabob I was hoping for. Also the white rice included was over cooked and soggy. The “steak (beef kabob)” pieces were so dry inside they were disgusting. They should have an option for the saffron rice on their site which they don’t I had to add to order that was pretty good. But more rushed than traditional. The toubulie was pretty good. Similar to how I would have made it homemade didn’t taste any mint though. Also they didn’t include the bag of pita bread I had paid for. I will not be coming back to here it was a disappointment to the Mediterranean food culture. Avoid this place if you value you true taste of Mediterranean food. Sorry for the review being so negative. But i was hoping for much better, I could have made it better homemade. And for the prices I paid $65 for one saffron (small) rice and two beef kabob plates, and tobuli (large) I expected it it be...

They sold me an expired three month old 100% pure pomegranate juice made in Armenia.

Usually my kids love those types of fresh fruit drinks and I couldn't figure out why they didn't like it.

My mistake was trusting they sold quality products especially since those types of drinks aren't cheap because they are supposed to be fresh and natural. After I took a nice big gulp my stomach immediately felt an awful sensation and that lasted nearly two weeks. Two weeks of stomach cramps and diarrhea. When, I finally felt normal enough to leave the house. I called this place and asked to speak to a manager as the first person I spoke too keep asking me if I wanted another drink.

Much to my dismay this so called manager did nothing more than to offer me another drink or my money back. Not before telling me they didn't have any more of the same drink in stock. After I tried explaining to him my situation and worries about others getting sick he said that he would give my name and number to the store manager/ owner.

It's now been a three weeks and I have not heard from anyone. Nothing even close...

Ordered online 2 beef kabob plate and 1 beef lula at 5:10pm. At 5:15pm, received via text confirmation of my order. I was in the store to pick up my order at 5:45pm and was told to wait for another 10mins. Went back at 6:05pm and was told my order wasn’t ready yet. Waited in my car when after 10minutes, the staff came to me and told me that their beef lula was no good and if I wanted to changed my order. I ordered the pork kabob. The staff told me that she’ll deliver to me my order once it’s done. At 6:40pm, I went to the store, asked for my order, and told them that I’ve been waiting an hour already. They apologized and said that’s it’s almost ready. Sorry to say but the customer service in this place was very poor. The staff should have told me in the first place that they dont have beef lula. They made me wait for an hour and 30 minutes for my order of 3 items. The rice was not even pilaf. It’s cooked like japanese rice, sticky. Will not...
