Skis on the Run - Ski Rental Delivery — Local services in Park City

This was our first time to use Skis on the Run. The process for reserving the skis , boots and poles over the phone was very efficient. However, the delivery of equipment relative to what we specified was well below par. I sent a picture of the skis I have been skiing on , Solomon Xscream length 178 to help with providing me with something equivalent. Unfortunately, what was brought to me was a ski length of 150 which was way off the mark. My wife’s ski length was accurate at 170. They did bring over a 180 ski very quickly which was fine. Both pair of Nordica boots which were brought to us were a full size smaller than what we requested and didn’t fit. I was brought back a Nordica boot that that did fit. A Dalbello boot which didn’t seem like part of the Premium package set up was brought back for my wife. When skiing, because of the single buckle Uber system, she could not get the top of the boot tight enough. The top buckles would not stay latched when you tried the tighter settings. We asked for the boot to be replaced and a Nordica was delivered after day two which was fine. Unfortunately, we thought the fitting process was going to be much more accurate as a starter. Skis on the run is EXACTLY what you need when traveling to the Park City Area!!!! When you arrive on your vacation… you want to be ON your vacation!!!! Skis on the run makes that happen…. Fast!!!! Instead of standing around with 20 other people waiting for fitting and adjustments in some hot crowded rental shop, Skis on the Run had all 6 pairs of our skis, boots, and equipment to our condo location literally within an HOUR of us arriving and checking in!!! They were in our facility almost before we were!!! The equipment was top of the line, new, and perfect for our abilities. No exchanges or switches necessary. The attendant was friendly and super knowledgeable. And at the end of our week… we never even saw them! They came to collect our things… easy peasy!!! This service is completely extraordinary and I can’t recommend it highly enough. Our 3-generation family group of skiers and snowboarders could relax in our condo while Skis on the Run’s courteous and helpful technician Luke carried skis, boots, poles , helmets and snowboards up to fit us in the living room. We had given them the details they needed in advance to fit the skis to our boots and create the proper settings on the skis so they were ready to go. However, one member of our group needed a smaller boot, which Luke grabbed out of the van. That meant he needed to reset the ski bindings, which he did on the spot, double checking everything carefully . The 3 year old in our group was fitted for boots and skis comfortably and easily in our cozy condo setting. The non skiers in our group could sit back with a glass of wine and relax while we got set up. It was all seamless...
