Settlers Ridge — Hotel in Park City

I would agree with previous reviewers that this property is definitely in need of some deferred maintenance. On the plus side, the property is well-located, close to town and to the entrance to Deer Valley, and there is a nice outdoor hot tub area. however, our unit was pretty beat-up, with loose door hardware, dents in the wall, old appliances and decorating, and 1970s-era televisions (one of two of which was not even hooked up to an operating cable TV system and thus had only one channel, the Style Network!). I’m only talking about settler’s ridge 1a. Park city host rental company was great. The unit on the other hand is the bare minimum. For the money, I won’t stay here. Again I would rent from Park City Host but not Settler Ridge 1A. I don’t know how someone can charge over 3500 for 5 days and have two rips on your love seat.
