Helly Hansen Park City — Local services in Park City

There were three associates working in this store when we walked in no one said hello to us. One associate was working with an Asian gentleman and he was more worried about getting a refund on a sale item that he purchased rather than assisting any customers. While I was walking around looking for something to buy their signs all across the whole store that say 40% off but they don't tell you what the items are that are on sale. I eventually walked up to the checkout stand and asked the female worker that was there who vibrantly screamed I just applied for three more jobs could you please tell me what was on sale and she says it's essentially everything on this wall and that wall but the sailing items. And you can tell by the Green dot and I go okay thank you I appreciate that. She continued to work I assume on job applications on the computer. Then 4 associate appeared from the back door he didn't assist anyone in the store either. There needs to be an onsite manager at the store of an older age than whatever these four people's ages are because no one seems to want to assist or help anyone in the store find anything find price tags 95% of the price tags were hanging from the color of the shirt where most stores hang them but then I'm looking for some on an Odin jacket and it's stuffed in the pocket. UPDATE 10/14/2020: Luke and Allison are extremely polite and helpful and helped me special order the incredible Steilhang Jacket for the 2020 season. This parka is the ultimate for those perfect Utah powder days and will withstand the coldest weather, yet it's well vented for when temperatures rise in the afternoon.Luke also convinced me to purchase the merino wool base layer shirts and they perfectly light but cozy warm and are not the slightest bit scratchy. Stop in and you'll find the perfect outerwear for the 2020 season.

I love the Park City Helly Hansen location.The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Just bought the new pattern flannel shirt..All Helly Hansen products are outstanding. I own multiple Sailing Crew Jackets, lined and unlined,, along with the hoodies and base layers. The product quality is superb. Can't wait for this years winter skiing...

Great all around experience. It seems so few are far between these days that you have a GOOD customer service experience, so I had to share:

I now own 3 jackets and 2 pairs of ski pants from here. There stuff is a bit expensive, but you get what your paying for- great quality and service.

Unlike other brands or online retailers, they stand behind their products and they have a true warranty which they honored with minimal hassle without sending me to a website or automated call center.

I had broken a zipper on a jacket (after several seasons of use). Devin took the time to call customer service on my behalf to get everything necessary for the warranty claim.
