Subject: Disappointing Experience at Baskin-Robbins

Hi Baskin-Robbins,

I would like to bring to your attention an unfortunate experience I had during my recent visit. I went to Baskin-Robbins with some coupons, feeling excited to treat my family to ice cream. When I scanned my coupons, the employee informed me that I owed $20 for four ice creams, even though I believed it should have been free with the coupons.

I explained my situation, but she insisted that I still needed to pay. Despite the misunderstanding, I ended up paying for the ice creams, which left me feeling disappointed and dissatisfied.

I want to clarify that I am familiar with how to use the coupons, as I have received assistance from another employee in the past. Unfortunately, this particular employee, who was wearing glasses, had a nose piercing, and had her hair in a ponytail, did not provide the same level of customer service.

Upon walking in, Amanda was disinfecting the counters with chemicals, she proceeded to ask me how she can help me but all I thought about was how she needed to wash her hands from the chemicals she was using to clean. So I asked her and she did, but I had to ask her. While she was making my order she dropped the whipped cream bottle on the floor. When the bottle hit the floor, the nozzle hit the floor and squirted all over the place. She picked up the bottle and tried to squirt the whip cream on my ice cream and I had to stop her because clearly the nozzle hit the floor which makes the whip cream dirty. It’s not sanitary at all! In the process of her making my banana split she also moved the disinfectant spray bottle which I believe is considered cross contamination with chemicals and food… I was bothered by the whole visit.. Took my wife and 2 kids for some ice cream. We were standing in line waiting to be helped, when another customer that came in after us got in front of us and the dude behind the counter helped him first. The girl behind the register was done helping the customer in front of us and she didn't even look at us.
