I had the most unforgettable experience during my recent stay at the charming family-owned Brandin' Iron Inn in West Yellowstone, Montana. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the warm and welcoming atmosphere that enveloped the entire property.
The first thing that struck me was the exceptional hospitality displayed by the owners and staff. It was evident that they take great pride in their establishment and go above and beyond to ensure that their guests have a memorable stay. They were always ready with a smile and eager to assist with any request, making me feel like part of their extended family.
The accommodations were nothing short of fantastic. My room was impeccably clean and exuded a cozy, rustic charm that perfectly complemented the surrounding natural beauty. The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings was truly remarkable, and I found myself at ease as soon as I stepped through the door.
One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast served each morning. The homemade dishes, prepared with love, showcased the local flavors and provided the perfect start to each day. I couldn't help but appreciate the care and effort put into every meal.
The location of this hotel is a dream for nature enthusiasts like me. Being just a stone's throw away from Yellowstone National Park's West Entrance allowed me to embark on daily adventures into the park's breathtaking landscapes. The owners even provided valuable tips on the best trails and sights to explore, enhancing my visit in every way.
To sum it up, my stay at the Brandin' Iron Inn in West Yellowstone was absolutely stellar. I felt like I had discovered a hidden gem in the heart of Montana. If you're seeking a warm and welcoming atmosphere, comfortable accommodations, and an opportunity to experience the wonders of Yellowstone National Park, then look no further. This hotel has my heartfelt recommendation, and I can't wait to return for another unforgettable stay. Thank you to the wonderful family and staff for making my visit truly...
Read moreThis place worked well for an emergency night’s stay when the roads closed due to a sudden snowstorm in Yellowstone that stopped us from getting to our lodging in the Tetons. However, this is obviously an old studio apartment building that’s been renovated into hotel rooms, because there are basement rooms, one of which we ended up with since it was their last room available. We got down there and the whole room smelled so strongly of ammonia cleaner that it burned my nose and nearly gave me an allergy attack, and the fridge was so loud I had to unplug it. We turned on the fan and the ammonia smell did dissipate after a few minutes but they definitely need to change the cleaners they use lest they give someone with chemical sensitivities a massive asthma attack. The room itself was (obviously) clean with the exception of a few stains on one of the beds’ sheets, so we just slept in the other bed. Water pressure was good and water was hot, and the free breakfast was decent. There was an odd moment when I went to get milk for my cereal and nothing came out, and a staff member told me that it was out of order because the milk smelled bad, so I told him he should probably put a sign on the machine so people don’t try to use it or pour themselves a whole bowl of cereal they can’t eat, and he just kind of nodded and then just kept hovering near the back of the room? By the time we left the breakfast room he still hadn’t put a sign up. All in all, I was glad we had a place to stay last-minute, especially on Memorial Day weekend, but I would not stay here again for the price they...

There was no Wi-Fi in the RV park. We were told by staff it’s very common for no Wi-Fi where we were assigned a space but they still charged us for Wi-Fi . My husband and I rented a room at the inn . Housekeeping came beating on our door at 8:00 a.m. I was very upset we paid $500.00 for 1 night . I needed to get some sleep .. well housekeeping had other plans for my day .. I have lupus and I am very sick with. We were on the road for 5 days in am RV with 5 adults . I asked the staff to have the manager or the owner call me. When he did call me he was very rude and he said yes he tells the housekeeping staff to follow this procedure to get the guest out so they can get the hotel cleaned . he stated to me since I did not have my do not disturb sign on. I also am a manager at a five-star resort and he said that you either have to have your do not disturb sign on or housekeeping is going to wake you up because they need to get all of those rooms cleaned. I would be horrified if my staff was waking out guest up at 8:00 a.m. He asked me what my suggestion was for him to be able to get his hotel clean? . I informed him that wasn’t my concern as a consumer. So if you want to get the services that you paid for I would not go to this hotel or motel...
