The Beach House — Hotel in Wildwood

• Our 2nd stay Sept. 1st to 5th 2025 *

ROOMS: The rooms are immaculately clean, modern, and supply you with everything you could possible need during your stay, keyless entry, the split unit AC's are amazing!! (see attached photos)

GROUNDS: Spotless, well maintained, smoke free except for a designated smoking area FAR ENOUGH AWAY from none smokers as to NOT cause an issue, the pool is spotless and there are tubes and floats available for anyone to use for FREE. There is a laundry room, restroom for pool users as well as showers to wash off the sand after a day at the beach.

BEDS: The beds are actually very comfortable and the sheets are soft.

STAFF: SANDY, the housekeeping manager, who should actually BE the manager of the motel (no offense to Scot, the manager, who I only saw 3 times in a week and never once asked how my stay was), but Sandy is the one who is ALWAYS there asking how your stay is and if there's anything you need, as well as doing unexpected maintenance, which I have witnessed first hand...she is an EXCEPTIONAL representative of the Beach House....she makes you feel like family and want to book future stays...which we, as well as many others, have!

LOCATION: Across the street from the beach and the beginning of the boardwalk where you can catch the tramcar if you cannot walk or choose not to...walking distance to restaurants, ice cream parlor, corner store, bike rental, mini golf, etc.

OVERALL I would highly recommend The Beach House! Put it this way, I don't think I have ever stayed at a motel in the Wildwoods without leaving a light on when sleeping, if you get what I mean, until my stay here...and THAT alone...

Picture perfect.....what u see in pictures,is what u get. Beds. Are. Fine, new,clean. Bathroom modern look, clean. Kitchen area has a refrigerator not a giant unit. But perfect for a vacation,also there's a nice stove , kerig k cup coffee maker,toaster,microwave, I'm very picky and I had no issue using any of these items. Tv. Very nice. Lotsa channels, nice hard floor, " no rug " tg. Rug is just a sand trap...you want the hard floor. Room came exactly as advertised in picture everything new modern...no complaints. Outside your door. There's a little table 2 chairs. Nice to cook in kitchen and sit outside and eat. There's also a upper level patio with several picnic tables,umbrellas and. 2 big bbq grills. Great views from there. Pool is good size and clean,mgmt. Cleans it every morning,I've seen them doing this. Very clean and inviting.theres also tables umbrellas in pool area, Lower level There's a laundry room, coin - op, free. Ice machine,always full of ice. Just past the laundry room There's a bathroom for if u just came out of the pool. Also in back There's 2 showers if just got back from beach ,it's also there designated smoking area or storage of beach carts and such. Seriously. ,stayed. 3 nights,wish I could stayed longer,my fault, but this place I can't find anything wrong wit it, I look for stuff to be wrong. But. Not here. Can't find anything. Location ,rates , staff,cleanliness,modern....ugh...I should stayed longer....oh well...see u...

We will never return to this hotel again first off I had asked them for clean towels and had got smelly towels instead which almost made me throw up the smell was so bad. The air conditioner started leaking the second night we were there. It was dripping water on the floor the whole night which kept me awake and got the floor soaked to where we had to put towels down. The door did not close all the way and had to lock it just for it to stay shut and a lot of the outlets did not work.There advertisements are deceiving and they make it look like it’s an ocean front with the pictures they have but is actually very far away from the ocean. They do not allow you to use their towels down at the beach and complain about getting sand in the room “ Hello We Are At The Beach” The man at the front desk not sure if he was the owner or not but he was not very nice and just cares about your money, we asked him if we can have a bit more time to gather our stuff before we left and he would not allow us and wanted us to get out right by 10a.m. even though they did not clean the room till hours later. The room is very small and is not worth the money throw in a few more dollars and go somewhere else. “BEWARE” and do yourself a favor and stay away from this place we will never...
