Hanoi Glance Hotel — Hotel in Hà Nội

On October the 1st my father booked a room for me for three nights (€ 19,15 x 3). The day after the Glance Hotel took an unjustified charge of 212,90 € on his card: of course my father didn’t received the receipt, and only some days later, checking his credit card charges, he discovered that he had been online robbed. When I paid the bill in full at the checkout, I asked the hotel to solve immediately a very unpleasant situation. The Sale Manager recognized I’m right and promised the hotel will refund me. But despite many protests and many requests, after more than two months (December the 9st) Glance Hotel has not yet returned the money (€ 212,90). We stayed at the Hanoi Glance Hotel for several days while we were in Hanoi. It was a great place to stay and we went back to stay there between our trips to Halong Bay and Sapa. It is an awesome location -close to good restaurants and walking distance to a lot of sights. The staff were super friendly and always smiling, they spoke English very well and they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They let us check in early when our train arrived at 6am from Sapa, and when we had an early flight back home they prepared us breakfast to take with us. Honestly I’m irritated. The staff (your person) is very pushy about trips. Multiple emails before we arrived, monopolized our time when we did and we’re past the point of exhaustion. Hounded us every second we were there to make a decision and book with her. We didn’t simply bc I was so annoyed. Our bathroom smells like an old hot dog, and they haven’t cleaned our rooms in two days. It’s quiet, which is amazing bc of the street, and the breakfast is decent, the location is the best recommendation of the place. I would not...
