we absolutely loved our stay at this hidden gem in the heart of the city. tucked away in a charming alley, the hotel offered a serene escape from the bustling city life.
our room was a delightful haven - clean, wonderfully spacious, and modern. the bright lights, while functional, could benefit from a touch of coziness to create a more relaxed ambiance.
the staff, always sporting warm smiles, contributed significantly to our positive experience. their friendliness and helpfulness added a personal touch that made us feel genuinely welcome.

The rooms had little to no hot water and the cleaning was of a sub standard. The female receptionist was very rude and when I was bitten by a mosquito , which left small blood spots on the sheets, I was presented with an additional bill for cleaning. I refused to pay and was told I could not extend my stay if I did not pay. On top of this the bath leaked and getting any sleep was a challenge as the alley where the hotel is located is very noisy. Overall very poor customer service and other local hotels are much better. As an LGBT traveler I didn’t feel...
