La Siesta definitely has a lot going for it as a boutique hotel. I stayed here for 2 nights and I thought it was worth every cent paid.

I stayed in an executive room (room 412 for anyone who needs to know). It comes with a balcony, but the view from my room was not great. I was pretty much looking at the back of buildings. Well, not that you'll need the view really.

On warm afternoons, you can rest in the very comfortable bed with plush cushions. There's also a smart TV which connects you to YouTube and Netflix. The air conditioning is pretty strong, so you'll be able to enjoy the cool comfort of the room.

The toilet is rather compact, with the shower and toilet in one section, while the wash basin is in the room, next to the closet. It's pretty interesting that they have some sort of partition separating the washbasin from the work table. However, you might want to keep your papers or electronics a little further away from the partition, as this partition seems to intentionally have panels without glass coverings. In other words, if you're prone to splashing water around at the wash basin, you may have water on the table.

Every day, two bottled water are provided by housekeeping. Near the door are two buttons to toggle for Do Not Disturb and Please Make My Room. I made the mistake of turning on the Make My Room button and housekeeping came at 8am. So a tip here would be to perhaps turn it on only once you've left the room.

The breakfast here is pretty good, served at the restaurant on the ninth floor. It has pretty good views of the surrounding area. Breakfast starts at 6.30am, and apart from the buffet spread, you can also order some hot pho, or eggs in several styles. I was quite impressed with their eggs Benedict, and I recommend that you order it too. The buffet spread is split into two sections, one with the cold food, and the other with the hot food and pastries. I liked the cold food section, which featured sushi and rice paper rolls. There were also at least two varieties of salads and four types of fruits to pick from. So I would say it's a pretty healthy spread. They also have some cakes for those with a sweet tooth. On the two days I was here, the spread for the hot food section changed, so you wouldn't need to worry about having to eat the same food for consecutive days.

And finally, you should stay at La Siesta because of the convenient location. It's just a short walk from the pedestrianized zone on weekends. Even on the street, the moment you exit and turn right, you already have other...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at La Siesta Premium Hang Be Hotel in Hanoi, and I must say that it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. My stay in the Junior connecting suite was nothing short of delightful, and every aspect of the hotel exceeded my expectations.

Stepping into the hotel lobby further enhanced my impression. The stylish setting exuded an air of sophistication and set the tone for a truly memorable stay. The ambiance was inviting and reflected the hotel's commitment to providing a luxurious and relaxing environment for its guests.

Upon entering the room, I was immediately captivated by its beautiful French-inspired decor. The attention to detail and elegant design elements created a charming and cozy atmosphere. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.

What truly set La Siesta Premium Hang Be Hotel apart was the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment I made my booking until the day I checked out, the entire team was incredibly helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect.

The staff's attention to detail was evident from the beginning. They proactively reached out to me through WhatsApp to confirm my arrival time in advance to make necessary arrangements, provided me with excellent recommendations for places to visit in Hanoi, informed me when the rooms were ready and even allowed me to check in earlier, making me feel immediately at home.

As my departure coincided with an early morning flight, the staff once again demonstrated their commitment to exceptional service. They arranged for breakfast to be served earlier to accommodate my schedule and offered valuable advice on using Grab taxi services, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free departure.

In conclusion, my stay at La Siesta Premium Hang Be Hotel was an unforgettable experience. The hotel's beautiful room decor, stylish lobby, and, most importantly, the staff's genuine warmth and dedication to providing outstanding service made it truly exceptional. The level of care and attention I received surpassed that of many international big brand hotels. I highly recommend La Siesta Premium Hang Be Hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi, as it promises an extraordinary stay that will leave you with...

Our first visit to Hanoi, Vietnam went smoothly, comfortably, and was excellent largely due to the wonderful staff, and exceptional service by everyone at La Siesta Premium Hang Be.

Thank you so much!

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel the week of May 27-June 1 (we went in the middle of the week to Ha Long Bay-- on a cruise arranged by the hotel. They kindly messaged me prior to the trip, offering some cruise packages and made it super easy, and stress-free to book the cruise and even had transportation pick us up from the hotel and take us back)!

After long days/nights of exploring Hanoi, we always looked forward to returning back to this wonderful hotel (it was very hot and humid outside but the hotel was always so welcoming, pleasant, and with air conditioning, and plentiful amenities).

Their rooftop view at the bar in this hotel is also top-notch and amazing! They have Happy Hour at the roof with lively music, and great drinks.

We also really enjoyed the daily included breakfasts as well. Compliments to the servers, chefs, kitchen staff. Everyone was so kind, and the food was delicious. We loved that the variety of Vietnamese and western style dishes changed daily. The fresh fruit everyday was amazing, and hot dishes were always great. The daily option of Pho (beef or chicken), eggs, and your choice of any type of coffee (Cafe Sua Da is our favorite, iced of course) was excellent as well. I've never enjoyed a hotel breakfast as much as at La Siesta Hang Be.

The kind staff at the hotel goes above and beyond to help with ANYTHING you need - from carrying up your luggage, to arranging taxi airport pick-up, or Grab. They even packed us two To-Go breakfast boxes when we had an early flight to the airport at 4am!!!!! They are so considerate and kind.

The staff and everyone working are so nice here. I will always remember everyone's generosity and excellent service.

I highly suggest you book La Siesta Premium Hang Be for your next trip to Hanoi, you...

Our stay at La Siesta was excellent from the moment we entered and beyond when we left. I nearly missed this property when booking via Agoda as I was filtering to only 4 and 5 star hotels. However I thought I would look on TripAdvisor and look at the highest rated hotels in Hanoi. This hotel was rated the number one hotel in Hanoi and it definitely met those expectations. I’m not sure why it’s only a 3 star, maybe due to not having a swimming pool? Anyway ignore the star rating this is certainly a 5 star experience. I have stayed in 5 star hotels all over the world and the service and quality of this hotel is the same. From the moment we walked into the lobby to be greeted by the impressive decor of the lobby, cool air and a fresh aroma of lemongrass, we knew we were going to enjoy our stay. Our room was one of the duplex suites higher up and was fantastic. Breakfast was good with both a buffet and a la carte selections. The rooftop bar had great views for sunset, nice nibbles to eat and fantastic cocktails at happy hour prices!! The location is excellent right amongst the night markets and key places to see. A special mention must go to Quan on the front desk who went above and beyond to make our stay special. He provided us with a wealth of knowledge on where to go, where to eat etc that meant we really enjoyed the best time during our short stay. He even sent us information on Da Nang after we left to ensure our next place was also memorable. If I ever visit Hanoi again I know where to stay and I would without a doubt always recommend this hotel to friends and family visiting Hanoi.
