A Memorable Stay in Hanoi
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel in Hanoi, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The facilities were top-notch, the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. However, what truly made my stay unforgettable was the outstanding service provided by one of the hotel’s employees, Anna.
From the moment I arrived, Anna went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect. Her warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel right at home. But it was her exceptional organizational skills and dedication to guest satisfaction that truly stood out.
Anna was instrumental in organizing a variety of activities for me during my stay. She arranged a breathtaking cruise with Rena Boat in Halong Bay, which was a highlight of my trip. The cruise was perfectly planned, and every detail was taken care of, allowing me to relax and enjoy the stunning scenery.
In addition to the cruise, Anna also assisted with booking hotels and flights within Vietnam. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Thanks to her efforts, I was able to experience the best that Vietnam has to offer without any hassle.
Anna’s exceptional service and attention to detail truly made my stay at this hotel a memorable one. I cannot thank her enough for her hard work and dedication. If you are planning a trip to Hanoi, I highly recommend staying at this hotel and seeking out Anna’s assistance. She will undoubtedly make your stay as enjoyable and stress-free...
Read moreStaying at this hotel completely changed my perspective of Hanoi, it made me realise that where you stay really affects your experience overall.
The staff here made us feel truly welcome in the city, especially the receptionists Anna and Emma who were so helpful.
I was finding it quite difficult to find authentic places to eat and they were nice enough to draw me out a full map of the local area, with many (more than 10) restaurants they personally go to, as well as many sites that are worth seeing. The restaurants were all amazing, absolutely authentic:) unlike many of the tourist-traps you find around.
One thing that really blew me away was how they went out of their way to help us with everything we asked. I wanted to take some authentic dried squid back home as a souvenir but had no idea where to get it, even though it was a bit of a strange request, Anna called several people and researched where I could find some, I found it so helpful. They deserve a raise!!!
The hotel is located in the heart of the old quarter, with pretty much every tourist location and restaurant within a 10 minute walk.
Aside from the amazing staff and location, the rooms are also extremely spacious and comfortable, it was so nice returning to the cool room after roaming in the summer heat outside, the prices are also extremely reasonable for what you are getting.
If this is your first time visiting Hanoi, or if you are returning and looking for a new place to stay, make sure you consider this hotel, you will...
Read moreWe booked two identical double rooms and when we arrived in the evening they had forgotten our reservation, they put us in two different rooms that had nothing to do with the pictures on the internet. One room was terribly small - there was a bed and a chair with a desk stuck to the wall, there was no wardrobe or place to put our suitcases. A small path about 40 centimeters wide. It smelled like a canal and there wasn't even a window in the room. After the first night we asked to be moved but they refused. In the evening when you come home after 9 pm the blinds are drawn and they have left a 2-centimeter hole that you can knock on and have them open for you, and at the entrance the receptionist sleeps on a mattress on the floor and if you need something when he is already asleep you can't wake him up. Our reservation was through booking but before we left they cancelled it because our debit card was invalid, given that we...
