Two stars are for the receptionist, who was polite and had a good attitude. However, this might have been just because we were customers.

My partner booked a 70-minute hard massage, and even indicated a preferred intensity level of 9 out of 10 on the survey form. During the first ten minutes, the massage was strong, but for the remaining hour, it became noticeably weaker, more like light touches, and lacked strength. My therapist did the same. In the end, it was clear they were just going through the motions. Some areas were repeatedly massaged on the same pressure point, which didn't feel very professional. They even directly asked for a tip at the end. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

We initially came in because of the good reviews on Google, but we didn't see the negative reviews until afterward, where many people mentioned the same issues. In the future, we'll make sure to read the negative...

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this spa. From the moment I arrived, the environment felt suffocating due to poor air ventilation, making it uncomfortable to even relax.

The massage itself was far from satisfactory. The masseuse appeared half asleep during the session, barely using any strength or technique, which completely defeated the purpose of the massage. To make matters worse, they kept chitchatting with other staff during the session, which was highly unprofessional and disrupted any attempt to unwind.

After the massage, they demanded a tip, which added to the unpleasantness of the visit. Considering the poor service and the lack of effort, this was simply unacceptable.

Overall, I cannot recommend this spa to anyone seeking a relaxing or professional experience. Save your time and money and look elsewhere for better service...

PURE BLISS that's the perfect description! You get a hearty welcome and all your questions are answered professional. You can check their offers online or in the spa. They have a menu where you can check. Also it's great that they try to offer you treatments which suit your physical condition. They all are very friendly and professional. The Spa itself is huge with different flours and clean. Here you have a good time from the first step in.

The prices are very good for the service you get.

I tried a facial (anti-aging), a pedicure and a head-neck-shoulder massage. All treatments are fantastic. The facial I would say was the best I ever had.
