My second visit to this hotel again within 10days, 1st visit was in October and everything was perfect and this 2nd trip (November) there’s a water trapped faulty in the shower room, room door is a bit not in good condition and the channel reception, TV remote control not functioning well , and here comes another staffs Mr Thuong (Bellman cum Security) together with maintenance staff come to rectify the issue, subsequently Front Desk Receptionist Ms Phuah Thi Hong Hanh called me and asked if I need to change to another room , well I told her if they can solved the issues in my room I’ll just remain to the same room . I’m so pleased the hotel really take care of their hotel guests as the next following day , Ms Phuah has prepared new room to me for room change although I never ask for it because the issues has been solved on the spot. Thank you and appreciate! Initial part was tempted to try other 4-5 stars hotels with much better facilities and great rate on room rates within the vicinity but end up I still choose back Le Pavillion because Front House staffs are extremely helpful , friendly and genuine warm welcome us home, here I really wants to compliment Mr Vo Van Tri (Bellman cum Security) whom doesn’t speak much English but he knows and understands what I need , whenever I walk out from the hotel entrance he will approached me and ask if I need hotel bicycle to get to my destination. Will definitely choose the same hotel again for my next trip . -Perfect location for walking into old town and close to night markets.-Room is well-furnished makes me feel relaxing, peace, comfortable and feel like home. -Most importantly, the hotel staffs are the “Gems” of this hotel. Very friendly and attentive to their...
Read moreHotel is dated and photos appear to be misleading. Bell boys did not even help to carry luggage into hotel and there wasn’t any ramps in front of the hotel to pull the luggages up. Construction going on right next to the hotel, with the room windows directly facing the building under construction.
The hotel lobby is dark and aircon is not even switched on. Room floors are also poorly lit with odd room configurations (one room’s windows faces the lift lobby).
Hotel is poorly occupied and feels kind of creepy. Most of the time, we are dining by ourselves in the hotel restaurant.
Roosters coo at different timings of the day, sometimes at midnight and sometimes at 4am. The sounds can be heard even with closed balcony and windows. It affects sleep.
Bedsheets feel old and only 1 room card is given per room. The hotel is about 10-15mins walk away from the night market, quite a distance away from the nightlife, but this can be resolved by taking the electric buggy which will cost around vnd50k per ride (relatively affordable)
Overall staff are friendly, but if given another chance, i’ll pass...
Read moreI stayed in room 315, a superior room with a king size bed and paid either $32 or $34 per night with breakfast. The spacious room had a large glass door which opened onto a decorative balcony. The decor, furnishings and fixtures were in a like new condition, of good quality and stylish. The a/c kept the room well chilled, not much outside noise was heard and the cleanliness was good. The sheets and towels were clean. The TV broadcast programming was fairly extensive but was totally unavailable for a few days (probably just my bad luck). The room WiFi performed well. The unusual bathroom layout included a toilet behind one door, a shower behind another door and two sinks and a bathtub in a separate open area. The breakfast buffet included a wide selection of foods and beverages and the staff were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping would have serviced the room daily had I so requested. Reception staff were polite and helpful. A dip in the swimming pool was a good way...
