Pi's Boutique Hotel Sapa — Hotel in Sa Pa Ward

Staff were nice and gave us a warm welcome with tea and biscuits. They found a large clean room at the last minute when we turned up. Shower was good. Towels and bed linen clean. Balcony with view of the mountains was nice. Breakfast was good.

On closer inspection, the room wasn’t great. It was damp with mould on the walls. No vent or fan in the bathroom meant that it remained damp in there. There were only two functioning sockets by the bed, so even though there was a TV and fridge they were not functional. The fabric headboard had multiple stains of who knows what. But worst of all was the repeated loud slamming noises of doors downstairs until after 11pm and again in the early morning. The cleaning staff were shouting in the corridors and moving heavy furniture from 7am every morning with little care for other guests. Our stay at the hotel was exceptional, especially as a family of 7. The spacious rooms were perfect for our group, well-equipped with everything we needed to feel comfortable. The free breakfast buffet was a standout, offering a wide variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. The hotel's own kitchen and restaurant also provided excellent meals, making it easy to dine on-site. Its prime location near Sapa Center was perfect for exploring the area as a family. What truly set this hotel apart was the outstanding customer service. Even after we had checked out 8 hours earlier, the staff kindly offered us a bathroom to freshen up before heading to the airport, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. If I could give 10 stars I would!!! The best hotel and restaurant in Sapa!

The room is very clean with balcony view of the mountains and city with TV/AC/Kettle and Fridge. Shower works perfect also with hot water. Comes with breakfast which is superb! The staff are so helpful, accommodating and enthusiastic when my husband got sick they helped me carry food in the room, made ginger tea and also gave us big bottle of water when we check out. The best service a guest could ever ask! The restaurant in the first floors serves delicious pastas, buffalo steaks and pizza! You get 10% discount if you stay in the Hotel.
