She looked after my hair extensions for almost a year, always making sure I left the salon feeling confident, beautiful, and happy with the results. When my hair finally recovered and I felt ready to go without extensions, Alanna was the one who carefully removed them, gave me a gorgeous haircut, and helped my natural hair grow strong and healthy again.

Warning about a stylist operating at Salon Lane – Renzo Salon.

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with this stylist. My appointment was cancelled at the last minute due to illness, which I completely understood. However, after weeks of no response regarding my $70 deposit refund, I had to follow up multiple times and eventually escalate the matter to Fair Trading Queensland to finally get my money back — nearly two months later.

The stylist’s lack of professionalism and communication was extremely frustrating, and I would not recommend booking with Renzo Salon.
