I had a truly wonderful experience at the Aesop store in The Strand Arcade. The team working there were absolutely fantastic – incredibly helpful and genuinely lovely to chat with. They took the time to understand my needs and offered great recommendations.
What impressed me most was their exceptional customer service. I had unfortunately experienced an allergic reaction to a perfume I had purchased previously (without a receipt), and the team at The Strand went above and beyond to help me. They were understanding and, without any hesitation, replaced the perfume for me. This level of care is truly outstanding and made me feel like a valued customer.

Read moreAesop is definitely an up market brand. So don't expect to walk in with promotions and discounts. This is much more a retail store, with that luxurious vibes that you'll find elsewhere as well. Folks are helpful, and you'll likely find the full range of solutions here.
The only downside I dislike about Aesop, is how their every bottles look and feel the same, whether it's a hand soap, shampoo, or for the face. It's quite intimidating for someone walking in for the first few times, to want to buy anything for themselves.

Hope someone from management reads this, customer for 7+ years, i see a sign outside saying max 3 customers and 6 customers + staff inside. No care from customers and/or staff. One staff member got concerned and left the shop waiting outside. The other staff stairing at me and my baby in the parm like why am I standing outside.
Seriously a company that prides itself in eithics and doing the right thing may have just lost a customer...
