Harbourside Room at the MCA — Local services in Sydney

We hosted our wedding ceremony and reception at the MCA Quayside Room, and it was an absolute dream. The MCA event team are extremely kind, attentive and professional and helped us at every stage of wedding planning to ensure we pulled off the event we’d always dreamed off. Tallay, our event coordinator, went above and beyond to ensure that our day ran smoothly and that everything was in place before the wedding, and our on the day coordinator, Patrick, was calm and kind - the exact energy you need on a big day. The BIG group are the event caterers for the MCA and we also can’t recommend them enough. The place is really nice and the view is good. But if you are a Sydney-sider, you already have that view many times. The problem is, do you need to spend that amount of money to get that view? If many people from outside New South Wales region, it is really worth it for them. The view can capture both the Opera House and Harbour Bridge in one single view, which is worth it.

We held our wedding at the MCA Harbourside Room and loved it. The views are incredible and especially at night. George and the team made everything so easy in the lead up to the event so we didn't have to stress. On the night the fire alarms went off (due to a birthday celebration on the ground floor) and the evacuation process was all handled calmly.
