I didn't feel it was a good Customer Experience - didn't like the product or service. I also asked for a Receipt for the Cash I paid, which she somehow generated a Visa printout for (which seemed quite dodgy), and when I waited for a longer time, she did eventually print me out a paper receipt. However, the receipt was unreadable. These little details add up to why people want to come back or whether I choose to support a shop. No Thanks....

The female staff that worked on 17 April, 2025 (exactly at 15:48) was very inconsiderate and rude to us. We asked for a tissue for 2 ice cream ofc cuz we ordered 2, she was hesitated when asked for a tissue. She grabs a tissue box barely even tissue in and gave us hesitantly 1, I asked 1 more of course for 2 people for 2 ice creams and she hesitated again to reach her box.
