Chā bar offers refreshing drinks that not only look great, but taste amazing. Their customer service is the best. No matter who serves you, the response is always consistent- smiles and greetings, and if there is a delay with your order (Hardly ever is, and when there is it’s not long), an apology and (at least in my case) extra topping. They are the first place I’ve seen to provide their customers with free reusable cups (with lids), bags and biodegradable/compostable straws, so unlike other food/drink places that offer an eco-friendly alternative at a cost, all their products (at least known to me when ordering from the store) are eco-friendly, and it shows that they genuinely care about the environment and their ecological footprint. This place is a hidden gem in Paramatta. It’s only a little unfortunate it isn’t located within the heart of Westfield but it sits right outside opposite to the train station. I can never resist making a pitt stop here whenever I by pass. The drinks are addictively yummy and eye-catchy. Who can say no to a drink looks pretty and tastes freshly awesome. This place is one of the bubble teas that have golden pearls and cooked to perfectness in my opinion. Oh my let’s not even talk about their black pearls, they are always soft and kept warm. Drinks taste okay. Service is just a bit off. I was gonna order one drink but I saw the plushie on the counter. They have a promo, it says $20 with a large drink…. Wording of the promo is a bit confusing so I asked the staff if I’m going to get plushie if I ordered $20 worth of drinks and she said yes so cool I added 2 more drinks. When the drinks were done, I asked for the plushie and she looked clueless and was reading the promo, she said it’s not free with the drinks.
