Subway — Restaurant in Niagara Falls

I usually go to this Subway because it’s close to my workplace, but the customer service has consistently been disappointing. The staff are often rude and unhelpful — it’s not just one person, but almost everyone I’ve interacted with there so far. Whenever I place an online order, especially during promotions like BOGO, and ask for minor changes at pickup (like adding extra veggies or customizing toppings), they either refuse or act like it’s a huge inconvenience.

Today was particularly frustrating. I forgot to select cheese and toasting when ordering online, so I politely asked if they could do it at the store. I was told no, without any effort to accommodate. Worse, they added lettuce before toasting, which ruined the sub — it was soggy and tasted off. The sauces were unevenly spread, all in one spot, making it a really unpleasant meal. Sadly, the overall experience here has been consistently poor. Definitely needs improvement in both...

Extremely disappointed with the service at this Subway location. I placed a large order of 8 footlongs and spent over $75, and the experience was absolutely not worth it.

The staff — particularly an older lady and a tall male employee — were incredibly rude and unprofessional. I specifically ordered multigrain bread, but they gave me a different bread without saying anything. When I politely asked for extra sauce and vegetables, the older lady responded rudely and didn’t even add them to the subs. I even said “thank you” at the end of my order, and neither of them had the decency to respond or acknowledge me.

There was no greeting, no customer service, and no sense of customer priority. The entire experience felt toxic and careless, and honestly, like I was being a burden instead of a paying customer.

I regret spending my money here — think twice before visiting...

I want share my experience there is rude lady she don’t know how to talk and serve to customers, I ask her to grill my sandwich, she is like it’s hard to do, I can’t then I request again because I like with grilled so she said there is no difference in grilled or simple bread she refused with rudeness, are serious guys you can not tell customers what they want or not you have to serve us how we want. I demand just what they have in menu, grill option available all over in Canada Even in website aswell. She can’t speak and understand English in between my order when she don’t understand she start talking in her back home language, how I understand that?
