The Spa — Local services in Niagara Falls

First and foremost, many of this spas 5 star reviews are because you get a free skincare sample if you leave a review and follow them on Facebook on the way out of your visit. This is not a 5-star spa. Here are a few points:

I was not given a waiver or any form to fill out prior to my massage therapy appointment The steam room was not working which was one of the reasons we visited The sauna was not turned on, therefore you had to wait a very long time to use it; the sauna should always be running during spa hours , especially as an alternative in the time the steam room is broken The hot tub jets were either ice cold or too hot to be on

With the above , I was definitely starting to get skeptical of a spa that is so highly rated online.

After leaving the hot tub , all our silver jewelry was black and tarnished due to the chemicals in it. There was no indication anywhere such as signage or noted by the front desk workers to have your jewelry removed prior to going in. This is not good at all. The chemicals should not be that strong after only being in there for less than 5 minutes as we were not able to tolerate the fluctuating temperatures - imagine what this is doing to your skin.

To make note of the services: The massage service was good - I would give it a 3.5/5

My main concern was when we brought these issues forward to the front desk, they did not respond and looked at each other blankly. It looks like one of the managers of the spa is also one of the masseuses and he blamed the poor facilities on the casino. They were not helpful, did not provide a solution for anything and were extremely unprofessional. The rate that we paid for the massage is equivalent to a high end spa. It was $190 for 60 minutes… Someone in our party also got a pedicure which came to $70. These are premium prices , but with an experience that did not reflect them. We then decided to bring this up to the casino, to which they said the spa was independently owned and not affiliated with the casino. We travelled over 2 hours to come to this spa based on its reviews.

Overall, if you are looking for a 5 star spa experience, please don’t look far into these reviews as they are all done as a trade off to free...

Please don’t go there . Untrained staff the manager has no clue no customer service . They should not provide the services bcuz they have no experience . Pls don’t go there .. I won’t send my dog there . Casino spas are...

Amazing experience, they take their time and work on the areas i needed the most. Very relaxing environment and great staff. I would recommend this to anyone when visiting Niagara Falls and I will be back...
