WORST BAIT AND SWITCH EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD. Found a marvelous necklace and matching earrings for my beautiful wife, and the best part was they were at a great sale price! Until we got to the payment, that is. Checked the receipt and they overcharged us $80 for the items.

When questioned, they tried to claim the sales discounts quoted prior to purchase were "up to" that amount as if they had the right to make it whatever they wanted when charging us. They did offer to reduce the price on one item by $20, but firmly refused to make any other changes. If my wife hadn't already been so pleased, I would have returned them.

Now, instead of just being thrilled with the items, all that will be remembered about the experience is how poorly we were treated. Their crystals may shine but the memory of this transaction definitely will not.

DON'T TAKE THEIR WORD THAT ANY PRICES/DISCOUNTS QUOTED PRIOR TO THE SALE WILL BE APPLIED! CHECK TO SEE WHAT THEY'VE DONE PRIOR TO HANDING...

Visiting from the States while at the Fallsview Casino I saw Swarovski store. Big fan I buy all the jewelry from there!!!! I went in first of all no one greeted me. And after looking around for a while an Asian lady started to help me out. I asked for the price of a necklace while she was looking for it The white lady who was staring at me this whole time but not Helping popped out of the blue and said YOU KNOW IT’s DIAMOND RIGHT!!!! What does she mean by that? I can’t afford it because I am middle eastern looking? Or I don’t know how to read the signs that I was looking to buy a diamond necklace!!!! Very sad Experience never going to Swarovski again!!!!! Very sad ruined...

Beautiful store, accommodating staff who are very helpful, pleasant, professional and patient. Excellent customer service. They offer their help but allow you to browse if you're just "looking".
