More then me and my kids could have ever dreamed of!!!!! I would first like to say THANK YOU! You where able to help me give my daughter her dream Birthday party!!! Absolutely amazing customer service, from helping me with the online stuff to the set up and take down of the Bouncy house. I am 100% going to recommend this company to every person I know. Because everything went so smoothly, The only recommendation I can think of to better the company is to maybe have some business cards when setting up, so I could hand them out to parents friends and family at the party, and in my nabourhood. Other then that this company is more then reliable flexible and they are devoted to making sure your event gose as planned. My favorite would have to be the lady I spoke with on the phone, (Brenda) she was outstanding, and cared for my daughters birthday party as much as I did!! We are so blessed to have had the opportunity to enjoy this! We will for ever be greatful!...

Bounce Events truly saved the day and are the reason my event came to life! I contacted them for our Orientation week carnival after having a dilemma with another company. I googled inflatable rentals and took a chance on Bounce Events- I’m so glad I did! I spoke to Brenda and within 15 minutes we had already confirmed inflatables and carnival games for the date and time we needed. I’m still amazed at how quickly we booked with them. She was super patient and understanding with me as a student who was coordinating such a large event for 1000 people, and her guidance is truly appreciated. The setup team was also incredible as they were on time, receptive to feedback if we needed to have anything moved. This company was fantastic! They have incredible customer service and were very caring while answering my questions. My children had been pretty sad because schools were closed due to the pandemic and they couldn’t see their family or friends, especially considering it was my daughter’s birthday coming up. The beautiful unicorn bouncy castle that arrived in our backyard on my daughter’s birthday changed all of that! My kids played in the bouncy castle all day and couldn’t stop smiling.
