I absolutely LOVE this place! Kiran is the most amazing person - she’s super professional and always tries her best to make you feel as comfortable as possible throughout procedures. As a person with darker skin it’s difficult, especially in Vancouver, to find a place that not only has the technology to support laser for darker skin, but also a technician that has the experience with a range of skin tones. I’ve been to other laser places in Vancouver and I wasn’t able to get service as they didn’t have the experience, nor the technology. Kiran is the most educated laser tech I’ve ever been to. She knows what she’s doing and will take care of you. She used the Soprano Ice laser which is the best and most painless laser. You don’t feel it all, in fact the whole session feels like a massage.

I will say that if you are getting a Brazilian, there is a little pain, but totally bearable end very worth it.

I have completed 4 sessions now and don’t have to shave at all. I only shave every 2 months the day before I go for my laser session.
