Not organized, not mindful. No effort at all to satisfy the client. Canât recommend
Just so weâre clearâI wasnât being âpicky.â I booked a foot massage and a neck and shoulder massage, expecting a basic level of organization and cleanliness. Silly me, right? After the foot massage, I was offered a chair for the next partâright in front of the entrance to Granville Street, where homeless people and drug addicts frequently wander in. But sure, Iâm the problem for not wanting to sit literally at the front door while trying to relax.
When I asked for the chair to be moved somewhere more appropriate, your staff wasted 5â8 minutes having a discussion like it was a high-level board meeting. And when they finally moved it, what a surpriseâthe chair was covered in spider webs and random garbage. Nothing says âluxury experienceâ like sitting in a dusty, web-covered chair, right?
Then came the best partâyour massage therapist, an older woman, immediately started complaining that she couldnât see the clock from this new spot. Because, of course, knowing the time is more important than actually doing her job. When the receptionist suggested she just turn her head, she kept whining that it wasnât convenient for her. At that point, I realized this whole thing was a joke and decided to leave.
And now, instead of taking feedback like a professional business would, you call me âtroublesomeâ and claim itâs difficult to satisfy me? Youâre right about one thingâitâs difficult to satisfy anyone when your service is a disaster. But hey, at least your response will help plenty of people avoid your place without me having to say another word. So,...
Read moreIâve been going tonthid place for clise to a year, once a fortnight, even more often on occasions- the customer service here of the person at the desk named âMathewâ is appalling. My wife and I called 2 hours a head a confirmed a 7:30 body massage for two people. My wife went into her session, and I was a askws to wait a few minutes, which turned into 15 mins, then 30mins, all this time nothing was said to me. Then two women walked in askig for 1.5 hour massage each, and clearly stated âsorry we donât have a booking, is that ok? â Mathew then said, âno problem come this wayâ which I found super odd as he led them both to the back rooms.
I asked if they would have time for me today as my wife was halfway in to her masaage by now. Mathew, just looked at me with an awkward grin and took off to the back... when he returned, I said to not bother, that I didnât want a session anymore. He then looked at me surprised.
Super frustrated, asked him, why didnât you tell me you didnât have anyone available - I could of planned something else with my wife?â he murmured something, and then I finally said, âMathew, you know I come here a lotâ he said âyes, I knowâ then proceeded to look at his books, more interested in what he was doing previously... totally unaware of the situation, with no regard for customer service of any kind, not a hint of an apology or explanation. what a way to treat a waiting customer, and a returning one at that!
Clearly he only cares about his profits and getting more people through the door .. as long as he makes his money.
Never coming back to this place again! Iâd rather pay more, for...
Read moreWent here a few times for foot massages, and it was generally a very relaxing spa atmosphere, with low light, nice relaxing music, and 3 different massage attendants gave good massages, and even asked if the pressure was ok, etc. It made you actually want to tip. So I decided to take my girlfriend there since my experiences were positive. The first 10 mins were fantastic, good back massage with firm pressure, and that was the only relaxing part of the 50 min massage. The foot massage was very light, but what completely ruined the experience was that two karens walked in with their cell phones, and only shut their mouths for about 5 mins out of 40. You could tell that the 4 attendants knew that we were not having a very nice time listening to every single detail about their lives (and they weren't whispering), and it feel like the longest terrible massage in the world and I couldn't wait for it to end. I wanted to just leave, but didn't want to make a scene. The desk lady of course questioned why not leave a tip and as usual they don't know how to use their own payment processing system so I had to pay with debit instead of credit card. Queens Feet needs a sign in that massage room that says "PLEASE BE QUIET, NO TALKING, and TURN OFF CELL PHONES" or you will be asked to leave. I hope this prevents someone else from having a non relaxing terrible experience. I will not go back again. I'd rather pay a bit more and have an actual relaxing tranquil massage experience, not stress and have to listen to other cows yack like they are...
