I got there at 9:06 and there were already a couple of ppl in line(of course, it's HK!)

The older gentleman with the glasses in charge of the general foyer was super nice and helpful. Was able to direct ppl to the different lines and helped some with the machines so they didn't have to wait in line. That meant I didnt have to wait behind them for my turn and could move up the queue.

I had Ms. Chen help me with changing and resetting the info on my account. Relatively quick considering my stuff is a little non-standard. And she helped with resetting/logging into the app.

Only thing is it is supposed to take 4 hours for the system to reset my phone...

Staff is not knowledge that they dont know how to handle cheque issued by US bank... They even grabbed their branch manager out to work together but still no solution...

Then I brought the cheque to Hang Seng Bank and...

First person in line right at opening, reactivated dormant account and redid client signature within twenty minutes. Estimated wait time for customer service is 30...
