Went to the store with my friend, experienced really bad customer service. Went to the store to buy mystery bags, then within 5 mins one of the girl came and took the box away from us. We were not even being rude or anything. She just took it away and talked to the staffs standing inside the cashier area. Didn’t tell us why she took it away. Looked at us and started to talk about us while looking at us. Wrote an email about the incident few months ago, no response. My friend goes there regularly and this is the first time it has happened. Felt like we were being bullied with all the stares...

Great store with lots of novelty items. Staff is friendly and always there to help if needed. I mainly come here for the Tomica die-cast cars but there are also other unique items. Prices here aren’t the cheapest but they carry quality products. You can always be sure they stand by...

Really expensive, I bought 2 paper bags and it costed more than 100. I really wish they had a Christmas section aswell, also hope they have a sale cuz its way...
