Southorn Centre Public Toilet — Local services in Hong Kong

I encountered an unexpected situation as the washroom in the coffee shop I was at was out of order. Having to pivot quickly, I vaguely recall this public washroom by Southorn playground which I have passed by on several occasions but never visited. The stairs from the ground level leading to this second floor washroom gives it a sense of prestige and I am impressed that there is toilet paper available...
