MANUFAKTURA — Local services in Prague

Would not recommend for tourists or Travelers. Really disappointing.

We bought Shampoo and it has sadly a way too easy push Funktion. The shampoo has no seal, no "harder push" for first use, no safety precautions. It happened the worst, It leaked through everything, just on the way to the hotel.

I expect if I already pay around 15 euro for a shampoo, that is has a proper seal or at least, the casher will give me a warning that it spills with the lightest touch. Sadly the casher was also not in the best mood.

물건을 구입할 때는 친절하지만 반품할 때는 갑자기 돌변하여 무례해짐. 20개 정도 구매 후 한시간 후 일부(6개) 반품하러 감. 굉장히 불쾌해하며 니가 이 물건에 어떤 짓을 했을 지 모르니 규정상 3개까지밖에 반품해주지 못한다고 함(어디에 나와있는 규정인지...?). 참고로 구입할 때 반품규정에 대해서 전혀 안내하지 않음. 또한 부분 환불로 인한 나머지 금액에 대해 택스 리펀이 불가능해질 수도 있다는 무책임한 답변을 들음(나머지 금액도 택스 리펀 받을 수 있는 기준을 충분히 충족함). 비꼬는 어조의 good luck은 덤으로 들음. 이 매장에서는 환불 받으려면 기분 잡칠 각오 해야함.

NOTICE: Maximum pieces of refund are 3. Kind when you buy things; Rude when you get a refund. I tried to get a refund of 6 pieces out of 20 pieces I bought one hour ago. The staff, very annoyed, said she could give a refund of at most 3 pieces according to the rule--because she cannot be sure what I do on the products out of the door. I understand the rule even if I cannot find it any of the Manufaktura website. But even if the rule exists, I WASN'T informed any about a refund rule. Also she said she's not sure about the tax refund and sarcastic good luck to me. Don't try to get a refund at this shop or she could...
