Read moreI am not usually one to write a disappointing review but I feel like this one’s needed.
Let me start by saying that the service here is attending enough and polite even though they’ve made a small error in taking a simple order.
The food I had an issue with. The fried cheese was a cheaper type of cheese with hard exterior and not enough creaminess and softness inside. Fries and mayo were ok. The goulash taste was fine if not tasteless, the bread was clearly not fresh, only re-toasted and the meat was quite tough as if it was old. The biggest disappointment was the duck - ironic given the name - the meat (and there was almost none to be found on the boney leg) was tough to chew and swallow - my partner compared it to a brick. The dumplings were cold. The cabbage was the only saving grace. It all gave me an impression of a reheated meal.

The flavor was very odd and the bread dumplings were tasteless. I guess there must be some people that are for this flavors. For a first try is fine but I would not order it again. At the time of paying the bill the waitress asked if I wanted to add the service charge. I think it was 15 or 20% of the total. It was fine for me. Then I noticed that the bill was incorrect and I got an item wrongly charged. She gave me the difference in coins (I was trying to avoid having to pay/handle their currency so I was paying with the card everywhere) and she apologized...
