After over two months of back and forth with Iris Galerie customer support, I have no option but to caution everyone here. Please do not waste your money with this company. we spent almost 2000 euros on four prints. First they sent us prints that were so dark you could barely see them. All of them were blown up from very low quality images and not at all like the ones we saw at the store. After emailing them, they agreed to print us a new set. The new set was worse than the first one. Blown up low quality image. The color was altered and they dont even look like our irises. I have asked to ship them back and have asked for a refund. Its been two months and they keep telling me they dont see any problem with the prints. These are so bad there's no point on even putting them up. Customer service is horrible....
