Brioche Dorée - Foodcourt Rivoli — Restaurant in Paris

The staff is very rude, they bully tourists. I ordered 3 sets of 5€ (one drink and one pastry) IN FRENCH. And it doesn’t state whether what size it is restricted to. After I waited so long for the drinks, to pay then the male staff said it was 16.50€. He said it’s because I ordered standard and the set is only restricted to small. But he did not state this when I CLEARLY STATED SEVERAL TIMES THAT I WANTED THE SET. It was also not stated anywhere on the screens. His female colleague said that it is stated, but failed to say where. They kept defending and arguing with me. I didn’t feel respected. I felt very upset by the rude and arrogant and confusing and condescending service and attitude. Totally ruined my day.

Asked for a Cafe Latte with Vanilla syrup. Pretty simple as it was advertised on the menu. Once ordered I received a normal latte I just asked for some vanilla to be put in.. that’s all. The lady told me to wait for a supervisor, which wasn’t needed at all.. they all began to talk amongst each other as if I’ve asked for something difficult. They didn’t even know what they were doing plus by the time I received my caramel latte as they “didn’t have vanilla” it was cold and gross.

At first, we wanted to go eat at Mcdonald's but we saw the queue and next to the fast food in his shop there was nobody. So we chose the menu (drink + food + dessert) and we paid like 23.50€ for two menus.
