Food was decent. Not fantastic but I can accept.

However the service was downright horrible. First, the waitress was really rude. It’s fine if you don’t understand English, it’s another to make comments to your colleagues, and show your disgust at tourists for not speaking French.

Second, I asked for your assistance to the menu and it was a digital, rotating menu on your screen. The menu keeps changing and it’s impossible to make sense of what goes into the set. But there was no help given, and a look of disgust for a customer speaking in English! Maybe you need to improve on your user interface for your digital screen.

Lastly, when I was paying, I told your waitress/ cashier I’m going for the set. Instead of informing me that the drink I chose didn’t belong to the set, she went to open it, and refuse to change it to the set, charging me extra for it. I tried reasoning but she uttered words which I obviously didn’t understand.

It’s fine to pay extra, but it’s just terrible customer service and a distasteful dining experience. Pls look into your selection and training...

Food is as expected this is foodcourt after all. Service could be better I ordered 2 pizzas, paid, but the cashier didn’t give me napkins. I asked for napkins and was given a dirty one on the counter. I had to say ‘it doesn’t look clean’ and she gave me a face and pass 2 clean ones to me finally. Why would customers need to beg...

We often come to this place with groups. Today we are 44 people and we are very well taken care of. Everything was well organised, quick n the food was very yummy.
