Le Labo — Local services in Paris

My visit to this store was a complete disaster. I went on a Monday afternoon and waited patiently outside so as to respect the covid regulations of occupancy. Once a couple exited, I went inside just beyond the window display and swiftly sprayed a perfume on my wrist. I then stepped back onto the sidewalk so I could remove my mask and smell my wrist. But I could not smell anything which made me anxious (obvious Covid symptom!). I then made my husband smell it and he confirmed that there was no odor so I went back into the shop to ask the sales girl if the perfume bottles in the front of the shop contained water. « Yes », she said, as she poured a mixed perfume into a bottle for another customer. Then she rudly asked me to leave the store because « there were too many people and she could not do all these things at the same time ».

Needless to say, I walked out disgusted.

Le Labo can afford to sell a bottle of perfume for 300€ but they cannot afford a guard to monitor entry for clients in an appropriate...

Love this perfume brand! All scents are unique, so smell every one. My favorites are: matcha26 (grassy matcha smell, hard to describe, but I adore it) tonka (citrusy, but not sharp, reminds me of X-mas) another13 (no odor at all, it opens up only on your skin, so make sure to spray it directly & wait) Got matcha26 in the end. They have 15, 50 & 100ml which is very convenient. Shout out to a lady working there! She had a lively conversation with other customers who seemed very talkative. A regular Le labo spot. Stylish, smells good. The stuff is friendly, but I wish they had some aid during the hot Christmas time. I hope their management read my review. Two employees for a huge line of people looking for a perfume (let’s admit, this task does require some time and attention) is not enough.
