David is truly amazing, incredibly supportive and passionate about what he does. I’ve visited several bean to bar chocolate spots in Paris, but this one really stands out. Their organic bonbons, single origin bars, and praline spreads are all top quality and absolutely worth trying.

We read an article that Michel Cluizel is one of the top ten chocolate shops in Paris. 15 years ago, my now wife and I stopped in this shop on a whim, because I love chocolate. I don't know a lot about the high-end, designer-chocolate scene, but I was treated so well as a young, clueless tourist that I always wanted to go back.
