I cannot recommend.

Although the parfumes smell good, service is horrible. The main vendor, an elderly woman, acted offended by our statement, that we didnt need an introduction for the system of mixing and matching the different flavours, when she asked us. She continued by speaking in an arrogant tone and by answering passively-agressive to our questions. Unfortunately her two younger female assistants didnt perform any better. They were constantly whispering among themselves while watching us, leaving us under the impression, that they were indeed talking about us.

Unfortunately I cant recommend this store either pricewise. 82€ for 50 ml is simply outrageous. We only bought the product in the end, because it was a heartwish of my girlfriend and we wouldnt let our good humour let down by this atrocious service.

I visited the shop and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience with the elderly saleswoman. From the moment I walked in, she was unwelcoming and dismissive, making me feel like I was a burden for simply asking questions. She expected me to understand all the fragrance combinations without offering any explanation, and rushed me to make a decision. I tried to overlook her attitude at first, but it only got worse — so I decided to leave without buying anything.

The store itself looks beautiful and has potential, but unfortunately, the experience was ruined by the lack of basic customer service. I genuinely recommend that the sales staff — especially the elderly lady — receive proper training in how to deal with customers respectfully and professionally. A smile and a bit of patience can...
