**Outstanding Stay in Paris! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** I recently stayed at west end hotel in Paris, and I must say, my experience exceeded all expectations! The location is perfect—close to all the main attractions, which made exploring the city a breeze. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness throughout the property. My suite was spacious, immaculately clean, and incredibly comfortable. It provided a perfect retreat after long days of sightseeing. What truly stood out to me was the staff. They were exceptionally friendly, respectful, and always ready to assist with any needs or inquiries I had. Their hospitality added a personal touch to my stay. I wholeheartedly recommend west end hotel to anyone visiting Paris, and I look forward to returning in the future! Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

Great location close to Avenue Montaigne and approximately 10 min to Champs Elyse street. The room has quite enough space and nice balcony. Hier is breakfast included, but if you want fried eggs or something different, you should pay (5 euro per each) ! I cannot understand this part for 4 stars hotel! Anyway, it has just basic breakfast. We had bad experience about using the elevator! At the first evening of our stay, we have stuck in elevator for one hour. We expected longer hours, but fortunately they could solve it sooner. They offered us champagne as apologies! Anyway, it was not really good feeling at the first hour of our wedding anniversary trip and stayed in a really tiny place! Also, they take your room key, when you go out. It is a bit annoying. Each time, you should mention your room number, get the key to access your room.

We've stayed at Hotel West End twice. Before our first visit, we assumed we would stay there one time and stay at one of the other hundreds of hotels in Paris on a future visit. Nope. We'll never stay anywhere else. The property is beautiful and cozy. The size means the staff gets to know every guest and the service is exceptional. (This starts before you even arrive with offers of assistance with reservations, transfers, etc.) We've been fortunate enough to have Eiffel Tower views on both our stays but I don't believe there is a bad room in the hotel. They're all well appointed and well maintained. The in-room breakfast is my idea of heaven. And the location is ideal for those who want easy access to key sites as well as several Metro stops without being right on the Champs. We're already plotting our next trip!

This was a birthday trip for me but because the hotel does not inform anyone on their website about the construction going on right next door, this stay was not a pleasant experience.|We arrived at the hotel and to our dismay saw the construction going on. That immediately sunk our spirits as it looked awful, but were concerned about how it would affect the hotel. When we checked in, the receptionist (Dulia) informed us that there had been a lot of complaints and that the noise was terrible. Constant drilling which would reverberate through the hotel. She did offer us an upgrade for our room, but when we looked at it, we preferred the room we had booked because it had a view of the Eiffel Tower, but was also on the corner which apparently should have been less noisy.|If you enjoy being woken up at 6am by a lorry coming to take the rubble away, then enjoy your room reverberating and vibrating because of the drilling, then this is the hotel for you. When having breakfast (and breakfast itself was dreadful), the hotel put on background music but it failed to drown the drilling and shouting from the construction site next right next to the hotel.|We did speak with the manager to ask why this construction was not mentioned on their website and the fact is that they don't have to. She did offer us one night's refund as we had not slept well (for all four nights) but that obviously does not stop the noise in the mornings and throughout the day. When going out of the hotel, you have to walk on the road so you have to be careful to try to look round the corner of the construction so you don't get run over.|This whole affair ruined my birthday. The irony is that two days before we were due to arrive, we rang the hotel and spoke with Saman to ask for a quiet room. Not once did he mention the construction and the noise. Why not? This hotel is also advertised as being on a quiet street!|Apart from the construction there were two other issues. One is that the WiFi is terrible - I could only access Wifi on my phone and not my tablet.|The breakfast is dire. It is a tiny room where there are too many tables which are approximately 2 inches apart. Once you have finished eating/drinking from a bowl or cup, no one comes to collect them so your table is extremely full of dirty crockery. You cannot get out of your table to put them anywhere else. The food is extremely limited, and nothing is topped up. Once I had to go to reception to ask for someone to come and top up the milk. This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in and the fact that the management take your money for a hotel which is not fit for purpose is outrageous. We did take some video footage of the noise coming through the walls from the drilling. I'm not sure if I can upload videos on Trip however, but do look at the photos. |It is also interesting to note that none of the reviews mention this construction - I wonder why that is? The most recent review is 2023.|If I had known about the construction I certainly would not have stayed...

If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would. My boyfriend bought me a trip to Paris for my birthday as a surprise and we were so excited to go but unfortunately 2 days before we were supposed to travel to Paris my boyfriends dad passed away in very unexpected and shocking circumstances. I called the airline and hotel the day after it happened to let them know we wouldnt be able to travel because of what had happened. I truly thought that the hotel would offer us some sort of credit to come to the hotel another time or a refund or even a partial refund, just anything but they didnt seem to care about what had happened and were more concerned about the fact that they couldn't fill the room. I was made to feel like my boyfriends dad passing away was an inconvenience for them because they couldn't fill the room at such late notice! I explained that I could provide a certificate of death as proof and they still didn't care. The airline however, (seperate from the hotel) refunded us with no question as long as we could provide a certificate of death. I understand there are policies in place etc. and I am not an unreasonable person but when a very close family member passes away under the circumstances it happened to us I would expect for other options to be considered. All of my friends and family were completely shocked and nobody had ever experienced a company not offering any sort of refund or credit in this kind of situation. I am absolutely disgusted and it caused so much more stress at an already very upsetting and stressful time. My boyfriend lost all of the money he spent to stay at your hotel and I will NEVER book to visit your hotel purely because of how we were treated and your complete lack of compassion and...

My fiance and I came to Paris the first weekend in October 2023. I found this hotel online as it had wonderful reviews and we were looking for a boutique hotel that had a more quintessential Paris vibe. And it delivered!! The room key was an old metal key that you could leave at the front desk each time you left the room. Everything from the decor to the carpets were extremely charming. The location was great for walking and near all of the best shops.||My boyfriend (at the time) was in contact with the hotel prior to our arrival, to let them know he was planning on proposing to me while we were in Paris. He asked for help with dinner recommendations and reservations. Fabienne was extremely helpful even getting us reservations at very popular restaurants that seemed to be fully booked! ||Upon check-in, a nice gentleman named Saman checked us in and said he upgraded us to a room with a terrace and an Eiffel Tower view (Room 505). It MADE our trip! Being able to have coffee and croissants each morning on the terrace while enjoying the view was so relaxing. Every time we walked back into the hotel he was there to greet us with a smile! ||The night we got engaged, the front desk team organized rose petals on the bed, a bouquet of roses, and champagne to be delivered to our room before we got back. It was such a nice touch, and I know my fiance appreciated the extra help. ||We cannot wait to come back one day!! Thanks again to the whole team at...
