A truly catastrophic experience this past Sunday. I felt deeply discriminated against, probably just because I was wearing a cap and have a beard, as if that somehow didn’t fit the “French standards.” I simply came in to ask about a vitamin C serum, but a lady with a bob haircut gave me a terrible look, almost as if a man shouldn’t be using a serum at all, and seemed clearly annoyed by my questions. After reading other reviews, it appears I am not the only one who has experienced discrimination in this place. I made a big mistake thinking this could become my local pharmacy since I live nearby. I strongly advise all tourists to avoid this parapharmacy, as feeling discriminated against is the last thing anyone should experience in a city like Paris. In the end, this is how I felt , and that’s what truly matters.

The response you just gave only confirms how much arrogance lies behind your way of working. I live in the freedom to express how I felt, and after reading other reviews, I can see that I am not the only one who has had this experience. Attacking a customer who was not satisfied with the service is the last thing to do. Even in a professional environment, when a mistake is made with a client, one should admit the fault rather than contradict how the client felt. It would also be interesting to know whether the person reporting these facts was actually present or not. I once again reaffirm that I felt discriminated against, and for me, that is what truly matters. Bragging about having a 4.2 rating means nothing, on the contrary, it should encourage you to do better, starting with the way you welcome and treat your customers. I have repeatedly asked to three staff that the results will be released within 24 hours. After this, it's 9.30 on the 8/1. They all replied to me that it's on time. The morning of 8/1 at 9.30 I went to the store to inquire. The result is not yet released. Meet the first officer. Ready to help but can't speak English very well. forwarded to another officer The officer replied that The result will be issued within 24 hours after the store sent to the lab which does not match what I said yesterday which I was upset and stressed. and told the officer that I was going to crash the plane The officer said that he couldn't help. with no help Just handed a paper and told me to email the results at the lab itself. Visiting Paris and went for shopping at this shop. Had Chinese and English speaking ladies helping out in choosing some products, very nice and friendly ladies.
When checking out at till, firstly this till lady let this man jumped in the queue just before me saying he was waiting for two hours and only purchasing 1 item, turned out he had a bag of items saved at the back of the till waiting to be scanned and payed, while we were also in rush to catch Eurostar train.
I noticed the lady customer before me had received items including a Caudalie product and an Avene bag as free gift. When is my turn, the till lady didn’t give me any gifts even though I spent much more than the lady customer, I had to ask about the free gift myself and the till lady only gave me the Avene bag and said she doesn’t have any Caudalie product, not in a nice way.
On top of all these, she scanned an additional item for me to pay without me purchasing it. I bought 10 Caudalie the hand cream and lip balm set but she scanned 11 of them as it’s showing on the receipt. I couldn’t do anything about it as I needed to catch my train and only found out afterwards.
