I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the recent experience my family and I had at your establishment. The level of rudeness and disrespect we encountered from your staff was truly disheartening.
Upon arrival, our two separate reservations were treated as one, simply based on the fact that we are from the same country and know each other. We were consequently assigned separate tables, resulting in a highly unpleasant and inconvenient dining situation for both families. This presumption made by your staff was not only misguided but also reflected a lack of consideration for our preferences and comfort.
To compound the issue further, there was a lack of consistency and transparency regarding the pricing. Initially, the waitress informed us that the cost per person would be 50€. However, to our astonishment, the manager approached us later and demanded that each person pay 60€ instead. This sudden increase in price, without any justifiable reason, left us feeling disrespected and taken advantage of.
As customers, we maintain that we should be treated with respect and fairness, regardless of our origin or the relationships we have with other patrons. It is essential to remember that your establishment caters to a diverse clientele, all of whom deserve to feel valued and appreciated during their time at your restaurant.
I kindly request a sincere apology for the disrespectful treatment we encountered during our recent visit. Additionally, I urge you to reconsider your pricing policies, ensuring that they remain reasonable and reflective of the quality of service and experience provided.
Listening to customer feedback and taking appropriate action to rectify such instances is crucial for any successful establishment. I genuinely hope that you will address these concerns and take the necessary steps to prevent similar situations from occurring...
Read moreIf you’re looking for a stunning rooftop experience in Paris, look no further than this hidden gem right by the Paris Opera. The location is unbeatable, and the 360-degree panoramic views of the city are nothing short of breathtaking — from the Eiffel Tower to Montmartre, it’s all there, laid out in front of you like a postcard.
The atmosphere is effortlessly chic yet relaxed, making it the perfect place to unwind with friends or family. Whether you’re watching the sunset over the rooftops or just soaking in the skyline, this place delivers serious wow factor.
The menu focuses on small plates and tapas-style dishes, perfect for sharing. The selection is creative and satisfying — ideal for grazing while you enjoy the vibe. Drinks-wise, their beverage list is solid, with a great variety of wines and non-alcoholic options. The cocktails, however, were just okay — definitely not the star of the show, but forgivable considering everything else this spot offers.
What truly makes the experience complete is the staff. Warm, friendly, and genuinely accommodating, they make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive.
In short: come for the view, stay for the vibe. Just don’t expect a mixology masterclass — and you won’t be...
Read moreI almost never write reviews, but this place had the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I travel a lot and often visit rooftop bars, but unfortunately, here everything was bad except for the view.
We came to Creatures at 5 PM without a reservation, since it’s clearly stated that from 3 to 7 PM you cannot book a table (I even asked them about that on their instagram and have a screenshot attached). When we arrived, there were 4–5 free tables with a nice view, but they seated us in the middle of the terrace instead.
We decided to move ourselves to one of the free tables by the edge—something that’s always possible in places where reservations aren’t allowed, if you haven’t ordered anything yet. But then a waitress came over and told us that this table, as well as all the others by the edge, were reserved!!!! BUT is simply impossible!
We explained to her that we knew reservations weren’t allowed at this time, but she just mumbled something and behaved rudely. At that point, we decided to leave.
Terrible place, though the view is stunning, but you can enjoy it just as well from the free public terrace nearby. We were ready to spend a good amount of money here, but they made it...
