His focus was not on making sales but to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and what made me comfortable. I was extremely happy with my purchase. He offered us water as well.
This was amazing specially after the experience we had prior to visiting Sandro. My husband and I don’t speak fluent French and we went to Hugo Boss and the treatment we received was really unpleasant. None of the sales staffs came to help us and we heard one of then make a statement in saying why would come to France if you can’t speak French.

Read moreI bought a beautiful (and quite expensive) dress from Sandro Paris, but a thread malfunction from the inside completely ruined the look—the braid came off. I contacted Sandro, but they offered no help at all, even though this was clearly a quality issue. I ended up spending an hour removing the other braid myself just to make the dress wearable. For a brand in this price range, I expected much better quality control and customer care.
