Sandro — Local services in Paris

In love with the cloths. It was my visit to Sandro and we were very kindly welcomed with Alexandra. He let me browse through the collection and made the best suggestion. His focus was not on making sales but to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and what made me comfortable. I was extremely happy with my purchase. He offered us water as well.

This was amazing specially after the experience we had prior to visiting Sandro. My husband and I don’t speak fluent French and we went to Hugo Boss and the treatment we received was really unpleasant. None of the sales staffs came to help us and we heard one of then make a statement in saying why would come to France if you can’t speak French.

But Alex on the other hand completely changed my shopping experience. If fact he turned my bad day into the best one as I was overjoyed after my purchase and I wore it for our cruise dinner that evening. Thank you so my Alex and now Sandro is one of my favourite...

I bought a beautiful (and quite expensive) dress from Sandro Paris, but a thread malfunction from the inside completely ruined the look—the braid came off. I contacted Sandro, but they offered no help at all, even though this was clearly a quality issue. I ended up spending an hour removing the other braid myself just to make the dress wearable. For a brand in this price range, I expected much better quality control and customer care.
