I can't believe I must dedicate the time to compose the present, but what occured last Sunday is simply out of order: my mother and I arrived for the Sunday evening service, and as we often do, we decided we would enjoy some Küchen at the Dom Cafe. Before ordering however, my 70year old mother needed to use the facilities. To my utter shock, the toilets employee there refused to allow her entry, because we did not have the 1euro(!!!) required as payment, and this despite the fact we explained I had no cash on me, and that we were paying customers. She then demanded to see a receipt! In the meantime, my mother was about to urinate herself, and this employee, who works for a church(!!!), didn't seem to care less. Utterly disgraceful behaviour! But his service was quite upsetting. I paid 10 euro cash for a bottle of water and large size coffee. Somehow the cash register took long to process my order and the male casher did not explain why. Fair prices for the location (€5 Nutella crepe), friendly staff, quick table service, nice relaxing location, l first Nutella crepe I've had in a while that is ACTUALLY filled with Nutella, most just give you small smear and call it a day....
